Master Marketing Budget & Materials: She’ll build a budget for all marketing materials/advertising expenses. Christina will manage processes and complete all project marketing collateral which includes, but is not limited to brochures, print magazine ads, digital ads, billboard ads, direct mail, and email campaigns. For developments, she’ll also work with you on the initial naming of any development property to align with its target demographic, and provide a property logo, along with quality merchandise products to increase brand awareness and buyer loyalty, when applicable.
Signage: Design and produce on-brand outdoor and indoor wayfinding signage, promotional yard signs, and custom-designed construction site wind screens.
Photography/Video: Build a photography “shot” list, schedule and art direct professional property photoshoots or videos to highlight the property’s most noteworthy features, from architectural selling points to its location advantages. Vet/hire models to be featured enjoying the property’s amenities and neighborhood perks when applicable.
Teaser Campaign: Launch an affordable and direct advertising campaign to generate an interest list & capture prospect data before the model home opening/property’s open house. This will include site signage, teaser ads, billboards, e-newsletter & a social networking campaign which will point to the property website.
Public Relations: Generate press for the project in newspapers, print + digital magazines, and social media.

Build a property-specific website that highlights its best features and attracts buyers with email lead captures. For development properties - launch an initial teaser website before breaking ground in construction to quickly capture leads and build buyer interest. Then, launch a complete website as the project comes to life more fully.

Architectural & Floor Plan Work:
Consult on look and feel of condominiums, commercial, mixed-use development and new-builds through mood board inspiration, vet and on-board project architect, and act as liaison between architect and client when applicable. Critique all aspects of product development including architectural floor plan design and amenities. Direct the overall design to ensure the product offering speaks to the target demographic and consistently aligns with the brand and its audience.
Interior Finish Selections:
Consult with the project interior designer to create select finish-out options for the condominium offerings. Provide direction for all interior selections within the project budget including floor coverings, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, basins, trim, fixtures, hardware, lighting, and appliances. -
Produce high quality hyper-realistic 3D renders and virtual reality tours to initiate selling when “site unseen”.

Stage a luxury home prior to an open house, or a design a cutting edge model home sales gallery for the project to conduct preliminary and future sales meetings. Lead the design team in the creation of a unique sales path, floor plan, and interior layout with displays, exhibits, hand-sourced wall art to suit your space including custom commissioned artwork or custom wall coverings, 3D models, finish selection boards, and on-brand styling to inspire buyer confidence.

Provide brokers to staff a development project’s sales gallery or to show a model home. Thoughtfully create a well-curated comprehensive sales collateral package for each broker. Also, craft uniquely personalized closing gifts for brokers to show appreciation to their clients.
