  • 1. LRE Social Media Account Boost

    We can then use digital marketing with RealForce AI technology to target the most likely buyers for your listing. There would be a pool of people on social media (Facebook and Instagram) who are targeted and shown our ad based on their search behavior. Ads are also targeted to a radius around the listing. These social media boosts would be in conjunction with LRE, the real estate organization, which already has a great deal of inherent traffic. Partnering with them may allow for higher click-through rates... An ad graphic will be created and provided to us upon being distributed online. Then, I can manage/oversee the analytics to see how it’s performing. We can also eventually consider other digital marketing like Google Ads (separate from LRE), as well as perform other services to achieve a sale. Pricing is further below on this page.

  • 2. Homepage ads on LuxuryRealEstate.com

    We can advertise on LuxuryRealEstate.com’s home page, to draw awareness. There are two sizes (standard and jumbo) - we would use the standard size as “jumbo” ads are for properties over $3M. Pricing for ad placements are further below on this page.
